The International Zen Meditation Conference and Zen Meditation Festival, hosted by the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, are held to promote public mental health. Having started in 2024, this year marks the third edition. Under the theme of "[Zen Meditation in the AI Era]," this year's event explores ways in which Zen meditation can aid the public's mental health and provides opportunities for the public to directly experience Zen meditation in various fields through the associated festival.

Opening Ceremony: Announcing the start of the 2026 Sun Myeong Meditation Project 2. Sun Myeong Meditation Forum: Theme (Why Sun Myeong Meditation in the AI Era?) 3. International Conference: 2026/11/12 Theme (Sun Myeong Meditation in the AI Era) 4. Closing Ceremony: 2026/11/12 5. 2026 Sun Myeong Meditation Festival: - Korea's largest meditation festival where visitors can directly experience various forms of meditation, including walking meditation, eating meditation, sound meditation, and death meditation. - A meditation festival for citizens held at meditation centers and major hub temples across 9 regions nationwide. Approximately 130,000 people participated last year, offering diverse programs ranging from traditional to modern meditation to support the mental health of the entire nation.
