2026 Seoul Design Week

Seoul Design Week is a design festival that showcases the cutting-edge tastes of Seoul, a global design city. Celebrating its thirteenth anniversary this year, Seoul Design Week will present a diverse range of design content for 12 days from October 14 to 25 under the theme "The Design Recipe." The DDP Design Fair, based on the concept of a "market full of taste," is a space where visitors can customize brands discovered in Seoul according to their own individual preferences. By organizing the space around "taste" rather than consumption categories, it creates a stage where brands and emerging designers can harmonize. Exhibitions will take place at key locations in Seoul, including Seongsu and Hongdae, centered around the DDP. From works by 100 contemporary designers active in Seoul to design process exhibitions by overseas studios and pop-up goods exhibitions filled with "Seoul Daum," the event will fill the entire city with diverse inspiration, serving as a venue that encompasses the broad spectrum of the design industry. In addition, the event plans to present a variety of supplementary programs, including diverse exhibitions and markets, aimed at strengthening the global competitiveness and distinctiveness of Seoul design and contributing to a better life for Seoul citizens.
