Seongbuk Culture Vacation

The 10th 2026 Seongbuk Culture Vacation is Seongbuk-gu's representative summer water festival, held from July 25 to August 9, 2026, at Seoul Sungdeok Elementary School and the Uicheon Multi-purpose Plaza. Designed as an urban water festival where families can enjoy a cool summer together within the city, it features water play facilities suitable for various age groups, such as exciting slides and a mom and baby pool. The venue offers cultural performances including magic shows, K-pop dance, and Nanta drumming, as well as diverse participatory programs like digital tattoos, water gun experiences, and bubble experiences. Rest areas are also provided to ensure the convenience of visitors. Seongbuk-gu residents can enter for free upon ID verification, while residents of other districts can use the facilities by paying an admission fee of 2,000 won per person. Although admission is free, entry may be restricted if the on-site capacity is exceeded for safety reasons, and pets are not allowed. In principle, children in the third grade of elementary school (ages 9) or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian, and children in the fourth grade of elementary school (ages 10) or older may enter individually.
