The 2026 Refugee Capital Busan National Heritage Night Tour is a nighttime historical and cultural festival held from Friday, July 24 to Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Refugee Capital Busan Heritage site, including Yurari Plaza, under the slogan "Busan, the City of Memory, Walking the Heritage of Emotion." Designed to share the history and cultural heritage of Busan as the Refugee Capital in the 1950s with citizens and based on the concept of a festival "with citizens and with the global," the event allows local residents and domestic and international tourists to participate together and vividly experience the history and culture of the Refugee Capital. The festival consists of 8 "Night" themes and a total of 20 programs. Through diverse content that blends history, culture, art, and digital technologyโsuch as the Yeongdo Bridge Media Facade, the Modern and Contemporary Life History Pop-up Museum, the Mildawon Young Artist Showcase, and the AR Stamp Tourโit offers a special opportunity to vividly experience the past and present of the Refugee Capital Busan.
