Dwaeji Sanghoe is an all-you-can-eat barbecue in Gangnam serving unlimited pork belly, pork neck, thin-sliced beef brisket, and marinated ribs. The grill plates are sloped so the fat runs off, and a pot of doenjang jjigae sits in the plate itself, bubbling while the meat cooks. Lettuce, garlic, kimchi, and sauces are refilled from a self-serve bar. The higher tier adds fried chicken and cold noodles to the same unlimited order. The crowd is mostly students and young office workers.
