Ganggang Sullai is a large charcoal barbecue restaurant near Gangnam and Yeoksam stations, built in a traditional style with tiled roofing and heavy timber inside. Beef and pork galbi are grilled over charcoal, but the kitchen is equally known for its naengmyeon, served in a clear chilled beef broth with springy buckwheat noodles. The two are meant to be eaten together, a piece of grilled beef wrapped into a mouthful of cold noodles. The dining rooms are spacious and suited to family or business meals.
