Loun is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu buffet on the fourth floor of a building in Sinchon. Thin slices of beef are cooked at the table, and the pot can be split so that a mild Korean broth and a Sichuan mala broth simmer side by side. A long salad bar runs down the middle of the room with vegetables, fish cake, noodles, tteokbokki, and fried chicken. When the meat is finished, the concentrated broth is used at the rice and noodle station to make porridge or a last bowl of noodles.
