Cochon Tonkatsu is a small Sinchon shop known for selling a full tonkatsu set for about 4,000 won. The cutlet is thick, fried in panko to a hard crust, and comes with shredded cabbage, rice, and miso soup. The dining room seats around twenty and turns over fast, filled mostly with students eating alone. Larger orders of two or three cutlets are on the menu, and the shop takes cash only.
