Yesan Apple Festival

The 23rd Yesan Apple Festival is scheduled to feature a variety of apple-related experience programs that everyone, regardless of age, can enjoy, set against the backdrop of the spectacular Yedangho Suspension Bridge, the largest of its kind in the country. By utilizing the local tourism resource of the "Yedangho Suspension Bridge" and selecting it as this year's venue, the festival will be designed to simultaneously promote Yesan apples and the region's landmarks by linking with tourist facilities in the Yedangho area, starting with the symbolic Yedangho Observatory. Under the theme "A Sweet Day at Yedangho," the festival aims to inform visitors of the taste and excellence of Yesan apples through apple wine, apple desserts, and collaborations of jazz, traditional Korean music, and classical music. Among the programs, the "Yesan Apple Sale Festa" is a sales event for Yesan apples operated by the Yedang Apple Horticultural Agricultural Cooperative and featuring participation from local orchard farmers. Running for only two days during the festival, it will serve as a signature program where visitors can purchase high-quality Yesan apples at affordable prices.
