Visitors can experience and enjoy both Korean mask dance, registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and mask dances from various countries around the world at the festival grounds. Furthermore, the festival is set to offer a venue for mingling together through diverse performances, parades, a grand communal gathering, and the World Mask Dance Competition. The Andong International Mask Dance Festival 2026 seeks to connect the time preserved by masks with our present lives.
