2026 Unica Korea International Film Festival

The 2026 UNICA Korea International Film Festival will be held for two days, on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, at CineQ Daegu Gyeongsan Hall 3, with sponsorship from Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsan City, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korean Film Council. UNICA is an international film organization established in 1931 in accordance with UNESCO principles to support the promotion of peace and friendship among humanity, as well as international understanding and cultural exchange. UNICA Korea has been hosting an international film festival annually since 2014 with the approval of the World Federation. This festival avoids violent and sensational films and screens beautiful movies that can move people and provide lessons. The non-profit organization "Making the World Beautiful Through Film," which organizes this festival, holds the event every year to discover and disseminate excellent films that influence mental happiness and good character.
