Daegu Maker Festa

Daegu Maker Festa is a maker culture festival in the Daegu region that connects citizens' imaginations and ideas with actual creative activities. Operating under the slogan "Beyond Imagination! MAKE IT Together!", the event features exhibitions and hands-on programs across diverse fields, including making, science, technology, art, and entrepreneurship. It is an event attended by elementary, middle, and high school students, general citizens, as well as schools, makerspaces, companies, and institutions. The venue features field-specific experience booths, exhibition programs, and citizen-participatory stage programs, allowing participants to directly experience various fabrication activities and technologies. Furthermore, it is a citizen-participatory maker festival where educational institutions, companies, and maker-related organizations participate to introduce their respective programs and creative content.
