About
OlBaan is a Korean buffet in Yeouido built around traditional cooking rather than the usual mix of Western and Asian dishes. The counters run to bulgogi, bossam, seasonal vegetable and bibimbap stations, stews, and house-made tteok and sweets, with chefs grilling and steaming at open stations through the room. There is a separate counter for jangajji, vegetables preserved in soy or brine, served alongside the grilled dishes. The dining room is large and draws office workers and family groups.
