Jungsik is one of South Korea's most acclaimed fine dining restaurants, holding two Michelin stars and widely credited with defining the genre of modern Korean cuisine. Chef Jungsik Yim — who also operates a sister restaurant in New York — presents a tasting menu that reimagines traditional Korean ingredients and techniques through a contemporary fine dining lens. Dishes change seasonally and might include fermented kimchi consommé, wagyu with doenjang, or a deconstructed bingsu. A reservation is essential and often required weeks in advance.
