Pho Little Vietnam is a small Vietnamese restaurant in Seongdong-gu, a short walk from Wangsimni station. The beef pho is the reason to come, a clear broth simmered with star anise, cinnamon, and ginger, poured over rice noodles and thin slices of beef. Each bowl arrives with a plate of bean sprouts, lime, and fresh chilli to add as you like. Fried spring rolls, cha gio, are the usual side, and the room is small and casual.
