The Soraepogu Festival is a representative festival that embodies the region's identity, based on the rich ecological resources and historical and cultural value of Soraepogu. The festival grounds are composed of various themed zones, including the Main Stage Zone, Experience Zone, Booth Zone, Art Zone, History Zone, Tower Zone, and Landscape Zone, showcasing a diverse range of programs that everyone, regardless of age, can enjoy. Ecological programs that allow visitors to directly experience Sorae's natural environment—such as the Children's Mudflat Playground, Children's Salt Playground, and Shrimp Catching Experience—are offered. Additionally, resident participation programs created collaboratively by local residents, merchants, artists, and related organizations are operated, including the Residents' Lantern Making Event and the Sorae Youth Drawing Contest. Furthermore, the festival provides a wealth of entertainment, including spectacular drone shows, squid games for the whole family, cultural and artistic performances and exhibitions, and nightscape content. Connecting the past, present, and future of Soraepogu, the Soraepogu Festival is a special event where ecology and history, culture and art, and people and the region harmonize, offering visitors unforgettable memories and moving experiences.
