*The festival details below are from the previous year (2025), and the details for 2026 are currently being updated.* This is Korea's representative medicinal herb festival, marking its 25th anniversary. Based on the medicinal herb resources of the pristine Jirisan region and the novel *Donguibogam*, and utilizing history, culture, and natural conditions to the fullest—such as the establishment of the nation's first Korean medicine-themed tourist site in 2001—it is an industrial-type festival that promotes the excellence of Sancheong herbal medicine and links it with wellness and anti-aging industries, which are of utmost interest to modern people. Activities such as the Sancheong Herbal Pharmacy Experience, "Tonic for My Body" Experience, and Wellness Health Tour are prepared to allow visitors to directly experience the efficacy of Sancheong's excellent herbs.
