About this event
The 'K-Military Festival: Battle of Chuncheon,' jointly organized by the ROK Army's 2nd Corps and Chuncheon City, will be held for three days from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11 at Chuncheon Waterfront Park. This is a meaningful event that reflects on the historical significance of the Battle of Chuncheon, which took place in the Chuncheon area during the early stages of the Korean War, and pays tribute to the sacrifices and dedication of fallen heroes and war veterans. With victory commemorative ceremonies, various performances, exhibitions, military equipment experiences, and citizen participation programs prepared, the event allows the whole family to learn about and enjoy the meaning of patriotism together.
