This year, the Hongcheon River Starlight Music & Beer Festival is Hongcheon's representative summer festival, held under the theme "Cool Music, Cold Beer!" Marking its 10th anniversary in 2026, the event features a combination of beer, music, performances, and hands-on experience programs centered around the Hongcheon River and the Torisup Urban Forest Park. A key feature of the festival is the opportunity to taste Terra draft beer produced at Hite Jinro's Gangwon Plant, the nation's largest brewery, as well as beers from craft breweries located in Hongcheon-gun. Additionally, the festival hosts stage performances and on-site events across various genres, including the World Wet Dance competition, EDM, rap, and hip-hop. The Hongcheon River Starlight Music & Beer Festival is a representative regional summer festival that has been selected as an Outstanding Festival of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province for 2026-2027.

1. Eve Celebration: Parade performances, singer performances, beer drinking contest for 10 towns and townships in Hongcheon, etc. 2. Opening Ceremony: Pre-ceremony performances, performance art, beer drinking contest by local organizations, etc. 3. Stage Events: Taegun Singing Contest, performance singer concerts, Tori Club DJ party, etc. 4. Sales Events: Hite Beer, Hite Imported Beer, local craft breweries, beer snacks, etc. 5. Events: Impromptu dance battles, ice cooling zone, etc. 6. Side Events: Hongcheon County Residents' Day, drone show, World Wet Dance Competition, etc.
