The 'Wanju Wild & Local Food Festival,' the representative festival of Wanju-gun, is a festival that everyone, regardless of age or gender, can enjoy amidst Wanju's pristine nature. Under the slogan "Burning Wild," the 2026 festival features representative programs such as blazing wood-fired oven grilling, local bushcraft, potato samgut, and large-scale fire-themed events. In addition, visitors can experience memories, nostalgia, escape, and healing all at once, along with the autumnal atmosphere, through nature-inspired 'wild' playgrounds like Sirangcheon water play and straw house slides, 'local meals' prepared with care by chefs from the women's associations of 13 towns and villages, a direct sales market for agricultural specialties, and a Wild Wild & Local Food EDM music party.
