About
TiTi Pho is a small Vietnamese kitchen in Seongdong-gu, tucked into a residential block rather than a restaurant street. Beef pho is the main order, the broth simmered down from bones and spices until it is clear and strongly aromatic, poured over rice noodles with sliced beef and herbs. The kitchen is open to the dining room. Bean sprouts, lime, and sliced chilli come on the side, and Vietnamese drip coffee, served sweet over ice, is how most people finish.
