*The festival details below are from the previous year (2025), and the 2026 details are currently being updated.* The Jeongnamjin Jangheung Water Festival is one of the representative summer festivals selected as a 2025 Cultural Tourism Designated Festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Based on pristine water resources such as the clear waters of the Tamjin River and the Jangheung Dam Lake, all programs are connected under the theme of "Water = Health, Healing" in Jangheung. The diverse programs, continuing day and night, allow people of all ages to escape the midsummer heat and daily routines. As it is being developed into a global festival through business agreements and exchanges with the organizing committees of Thailand's Songkran Festival and Italy's Venice Carnival, the Jeongnamjin Jangheung Water Festival serves as the best choice for a summer vacation.

Performances: Opening Ceremony Celebration Performance, K-POP Concert linked to the 2026 Large-scale Hallyu Comprehensive Event, Jangheung Rock Festival, Celebration Broadcasts in collaboration with broadcasters, etc. 2. Theme: Battle of Salsu Street Parade, The World's Largest Water Fight, Catch the Golden Fish (Giant Eel)! 3. Specials: Jangheung Water Beat, Starlight & Moonlight Youth Zone, Jangheung Waterlight Night Market 4. Water Activities: Water Play Zone, Water Bikes, Wooden Boats, Banana Boats, Disco Pang Pang, etc. Water Ride Experiences, Operation of Permanent Swimming Pool, etc. 5. Experiences: Papillon Zip K-Drama Experience Program, Water Science and Land Experience Programs, etc. 6. Exhibitions: Glitter City, Water Festival Theme Pavilion, Tourism Photo Exhibition Hall, Jangheung Nobel City of Literature Promotion Hall, etc. 7.
