Gwacheon Youth Festival

The 5th Gwacheon Youth Festival, "Gwa:Chungjeon Festival," is a youth culture festival taking place at Gwacheon Central Park from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, October 3. With the reassuring concept of "a day for exhausted youth to recharge excessively, just for today," it is an event designed to fill bored and weary daily lives with fun and vitality. This ordinary park is opened to celebrate Youth Day as a "No Exhaustion Zone," featuring amenities such as an exhaustion check room, arcade, fishing pond, and tattoo shop that everyone can enjoy together. The festival will feature policy experience booths in the Clean Zone, experiential programs in the Over-Immersion Zone, pop-up programs to take away during the Over-Recharge, and main performances and busking stages that will heat up the night in Gwacheon. It is a festival for everyone where you can rest excessively and recharge, just for today. A stamp tour where visitors collect stamps throughout Central Park and merchandise events are also prepared to keep visitors engaged. In addition, an "Overeating Zone" will be operated, featuring food truck offerings such as yakisoba, chicken skewers, crepes, and takoyaki, ensuring a hearty and enjoyable festival experience. After sunset, performances by invited artists and landscaping with string lights will fill the night sky of Gwacheon.
