About this event

Following the events of 2025, walking events deeply connected to the Han River will be held in various regions at key locations within the Han River basin, including Gapyeong and Pocheon in Gyeonggi Province, and Chuncheon in Gangwon Province. Participants will receive a small commemorative gift, and each regional course includes specialized programs harmonizing with the local nature, allowing them to directly experience diverse cultural activities and ecological values. This walking event is not merely a journey of movement, but a sustainable journey that resonates with nature and leads to action. It is an event where participants walk along the breath of the Han River, listen to the messages it conveys, and take steps toward the future.

Session 1 (Gapyeong Jaraseom) - Date: Sep. 19 (Sat) 08:30–13:30 - Location: Music Station 1939 - Main Program: Walking event (Gapyeong Jaraseom) - Supplementary Events & Programs: Completing carbon neutrality missions set up throughout the course Session 2 (Pocheon Hantan River) - Date: Oct. 10 (Sat) 08:30–13:30 - Location: Hantan River UNESCO Geopark - Main Program: Walking event (Pocheon Hantan River) - Supplementary Events & Programs: Geological explanation of Bidulginang Falls / Participation in Hantan River Garden Festa and mission completion Session 3 (Chuncheon Hajungdo) - Date: Nov. 7 (Sat) 08:30–13:30 - Location: Chuncheon Station - Main Program: Walking event (Chuncheon Soyang-Bukhan River) - Supplementary Events & Programs: Tree decorating along the Hajungdo waterfront path / Ecological park healing program Participation
