The 2026 Jangseong Hwangnyonggang Autumn Flower Festival is Jangseong-gun's representative autumn festival, marking its 10th anniversary this year. It is a festival where visitors can view various autumn flowers, such as cosmos and crape myrtle, throughout the gardens established against the backdrop of the 3.2km-long Hwangnyonggang River. It is a festival where visitors can observe the changing seasons up close while walking along the riverside gardens and admiring the flowers. Furthermore, the festival is designed to appeal to people of all ages by offering hands-on experience programs and performance programs featuring local artists and invited singers. Convenience facilities and rest areas are provided throughout the grounds, and local agricultural specialties and food are showcased, making it a festival where visitors can experience the sights and activities of Jangseong all in one place.
