The Siheung City Youth Club Festival is a youth-participatory event designed to revitalize self-directed club activities among youth and expand communication and exchange between youth clubs and the local community. It is established as a platform where youth active in diverse fields—such as social participation, volunteering, academics, sports, dance, bands, and culture and arts—take the lead in planning and operating the event to share their talents and capabilities with the local community. In particular, the Siheung City Youth Club Festival is the largest youth club festival in the nation, created by approximately 7,800 youths from 584 clubs participating in Siheung City's Youth Club Support Project. It showcases a variety of content, including performances, hands-on experiences, exhibitions, and exchange programs. Furthermore, by expanding opportunities for global cultural exchange through cooperation with not only domestic youth but also overseas youth and international exchange organizations, the festival is evolving into an international youth festival where diverse cultures and values coexist.
