Ansan Daebu Grape Festival

The Ansan Daebu Grape Festival is Ansan's representative festival held every autumn in September to promote the excellence of Daebu grapes, which are grown in the fertile soil and abundant sea breezes of the West Coast and are known for their high sugar content and rich aroma. First launched in 1995, the festival boasts a long history and has established itself as a multi-sensory event that goes beyond simple agricultural product sales, allowing people of all ages to participate and enjoy. At the festival venue, Daebu Dabahyanggi Theme Park, a direct sales market is held where visitors can purchase fresh, high-quality grapes at reasonable prices, eliminating middleman margins. Additionally, the grape stomping experience—the highlight of the festival—where visitors can stomp on grapes to the accompaniment of exciting music, is an unmissable attraction.
