About this event

Under the theme "A Special Day Gifted to Your Child!", the Gokseong Simcheong Children's Festival is held every October at Gokseong Seomjingang Train Village, a representative tourist attraction in Gokseong. The central stage features a rich program of performances including popular character shows, musicals, and magic shows. Additionally, various participatory programs, sights, and activities are provided throughout the train village, such as the Rose Garden and lawn plaza, including children's playgrounds and the Rose Garden Children's Mission Expedition, allowing families to enjoy themselves together. The festival aims to make every family a star, ensuring they can laugh together and create special memories, and presents a special time that will be remembered for a long time.

1. Festival Opening Ceremony - Oct. 8 (Thu), 16:00: Children's Opening Celebration Parade 2. Booking Performances Preferred by Toddlers and Children - Popular character performances, children's musicals, magic shows, etc. - Special content for children, etc. - For the whole family to enjoy 3. Operation of Hangeul Day Special Programs for the Whole Family - Hangeul Golden Bell - Hangeul Day Specials 4. Various Side Events - Various hands-on experience programs at Rose Garden and Lawn Square - Creation of a large experience zone in the plaza in front of Chichippuppu Playground [Admission Fees] - Individual: 5,000 KRW - Children and Seniors: 4,500 KRW - Gokseong County Residents, National Merit Recipients, and Persons with Disabilities: Free - Groups (30 or more Adults / 15 or more Children/Seniors): Adults: 4,500 KRW / Children: 4,000 KRW - Free admission for elementary school students and younger during the festival period
