2026 Gyeonggi Ceramic Biennale

The 2026 Gyeonggi Ceramic Biennale is Korea's leading international ceramic culture and arts event hosted by the Korea Ceramic Foundation. It is a cultural festival scheduled to take place from September 18 to November 1, 2026, across Icheon, Yeoju, and Gwangju in Gyeonggi Province. Under the theme "Earth Makes," this Biennale showcases the new possibilities and values of ceramics created by the interplay of earth, nature, technology, and art. The event will feature a diverse range of content, including international exhibitions, competitions, academic programs, and workshops, as well as a Kids Biennale, hands-on experience programs, a Craft Festa, a Ceramic Market, and a Traveling Biennale. Furthermore, it is designed as a cultural and arts festival where residents, domestic artists, and tourists can participate together, enabling them to experience ceramic culture throughout Gyeonggi Province.
